“How Would YOU Fight It?” A monthly column by Branch 74 Vice President and steward, John Hofmann, the presented scenarios encourages members to think out the possible contract and/or manual violations the fictitious carrier has encountered. They are listed here, not by date, but rather by NALC/USPS contract provision and then by citing Postal Manuals. |

Congratulations to Branch 74 NALC Health Benefit Plan Representative, Terry Ewing, Sr. for his third place HBP article which appeared in the June 2007 issue of The INFORMER. Click here to read his submission! |

On, July 21, 2008, I was honored to have Saginaw, Michigan Branch 74’s “The Informer” chosen as BEST Branch Publication, General Excellence for Branches (less than 500 members) at the 66th NALC Biennial Convention in Boston. My heartfelt appreciation to the Executive Board and Members of Branch 74 for their contributions and encouragement. I especially would like to thank our retirees who paved the way so that we may enjoy the fruits of their trials and tribulations. Thank You, Everyone.
I hope that all who visit this site finds something that may be of use for other Branch publications. Maybe, you’ll find something that makes you smile. If that is the case, that will make me smile and I’ll know I’ve done good.
In Solidarity, Rob Wojciechowski
